Here are the steps to help solve this problem.


1. Make sure you are running the latest version of the app. Go to the app store and look for an update. Install the new version. In most cases this will solve the problem.  DO NOT UNINSTALL THE APP AS YOU WILL LOSE ANY PREVIOUSLY RECORDED VIDEOS.


2. If the error keeps happening. Send us the error log. Go to settings and click "Send Log". See photo:



3. In addition, after sending the log. Send us an email at app@revospin.com, send the model of the device you are using and iOS or Android version.  Also include a description of the error that you're experiencing.
