If you experience your DSLR camera is not getting power, please try one of the following steps:
- We supply a continuous AC power adapter to the DSLR camera and in some instances during transport or handling the power cord connected to the AC block can become loose (reference image below). Make sure the cord is pushed all the way into the oval power block.
- If the above step doesn't work, check the main power source connection for the venue outlet. Some buildings will have outdated outlets that don't provide enough power to fully operate the photo booth system which can lead to a slow system. This is similar if you use a weak generator.
